Dr. Eric Chen graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, and received his dental training at UCLA where he served as Class President. He then went on to complete his Orthodontic residency training at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center where he concurrently earned a Master’s Degree in Oral Biology.

His world-class training has inspired him to be both meticulous and passionate in achieving the best esthetic and functional results for his patients, tailoring each unique treatment to individual needs. Dr. Chen’s favorite part of practicing orthodontics is the rewarding feeling of giving his patients increased confidence and joy with their healthy and brilliant smiles.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Chen has received numerous academic awards and has published and presented his research extensively. One of his most meaningful projects was a collaboration with NASA studying the effects of microgravity-induced osteoporosis in outer space.
Outside of work, Dr. Chen enjoys giving back to the community through public service. He is a member of the California Health Corps LA County Surge Unit, and volunteered in the local community after the Eaton fires. He also loves mentorship, and serves as an alumni interviewer for Harvard.
